FOR THE PAST DECADE,
I’ve worked in the sphere of design with my career beginning in pharmaceutical marketing with a pivot into the world of comics at Amazon.com working for the digital comic retailer, Comixology. Since then, I’ve morphed from a production designer to leading creative marketing for a global brand.
AMAZON (COMIXOLOGY)
Comixology is the digital comic store on Amazon.com. For the past seven years, my role involved managing all external and internal design resources by providing clear art direction, leading design efforts and creative tactics for all tent pole marketing and Comixology Originals campaigns with high visibility, working with the UX team to ensure brand cohesiveness across mobile and web experiences, managing all large scale public facing company events from concept to creation and activation, and leading the Comixology brand refresh efforts while continuing to manage all branding components inclusive of brand book creation and updates.
REGENERON
Regeneron is a pharmaceutical company specializing in therapeutic drug development. During my tenure at Regeneron, I worked with the Marketing Team to develop strategic communication plans for company initiatives, re-designed and modernized Regeneron presentation templates, partnered with various internal teams to create, design, and deploy monthly email newsletters, designed new logos for the Regeneron Genetics Center, created multiple internal team logos that aligned with the Regeneron brand identity, and storyboarded and conceptualized ideas for laboratory video tours throughout the Tarrytown facility.
SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY
I achieved an M.A. in advertising from Syracuse University’s Advertising program. During my time in the program I was able to work on projects that exemplified my understanding of advertising. All projects below were created at Syracuse University while studying Advertising in the Master's Program at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Each project was created as part of the curriculum and in no way represents the views of the companies that they represent.
